Elder (Bishop) Ceacer Gooding Pastored 1965-1969 "Praise God, praise God." Served as the Assistant Pastor to Bishop Benjamin H. Broadie. Pastor of Gospel Temple Church of America from November of 1965 to May of 1969. Radio Broadcast Had church renovated along with having new stain glass windows installed into upper sanctuary. In June of 1969, he founded a new church in the Bronx located at 1555 Macombs Road named Miracle Revival Temple.

The Late-Dr. Minnie M. Canion Pastored 1988-1996 "I know no defeat!" She was the first female appointee to the prestigious position of Bishop of the Gospel Temple Churches of America. Mother Peyton appointed her as District Missionary of the Central West Churches of God in Christ of New York. District Sunday School Superintendent under the leadership of State Superintendent Allen. In 1972 she founded the S & M Canion Bible Institute of the Gospel Temple Church of America. Appointed Borough President of Harlem for a short period of time.
